  We offer onsite, telephone and remote support on a fee basis. Onsite support is billed at a 2 hour minimum, plus travel time and expenses. Telephone and e-mail support are billed in 15 minute increments.

  SSi Consulting coordinates training classes on broad-based topics that lend themselves to a classroom environment.. We also continue to be committed to providing onsite, focused, and individualized training.

  We offer many free or small fee-based support opportunities including an annual Users Conference. This conference provides you with an opportunity to meet with peers who use the same software products. Exchange information, share ideas, and provide feedback direct to the software manufacturer.
