After attending Microsoft Dynamics™ SL (Solomon) Accounts Payable Module Training, you will be able to:

  • Understand how the Accounts Payable module interacts with other modules, as well as the processes involved in the flow of transactions through AP.
  • Add new vendors and establish Vendor Classes.
  • Enter voucher and adjustment documents.
  • Understand the editing options available for released documents.
  • Inquire on vendor balances and look up and view vendor documents.
  • Create and process recurring vouchers.
  • Understand the options for selecting documents for payment and select documents for payment.
  • Print system checks and update check documents in the system.
  • Enter Quick Vouchers and Prepayments and print checks for these documents.
  • Close Accounts Payable for the fiscal period.
  • Print 1099 forms.
  • Understand the options in the AP Setup screen.
