
SSi Consulting Training Class PoliciesPayment, Terms, and ConditionsPayment must be made prior to attending class. Online registration via credit card is available. All classes are offered according to SSi Consulting’s Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale. CancellationIf you cancel your confirmed class registration, you must notify SSi Consulting immediately in order to obtain a full or partial refund of tuition, according to the following schedule:
Rescheduling a ClassIf you cannot attend a confirmed scheduled class, but wish to take a future class, you must notify SSi Consulting immediately in order to apply your tuition to a future class. You will be subject to a 25% rescheduling fee if you reschedule less than 5 days prior to the first day of class. Cancellation by SSi ConsultingClasses are subject to cancellation. If cancelled, all tuition will be refunded, or applied to another class according to your preference. SSi Consulting is not responsible for non-refundable airline tickets or other travel expenses incurred due to cancellation. Inclement WeatherIf Baltimore County Schools open 2 hours late or are closed due to snow or inclement weather the training class will be cancelled as well, and the registration fee will be refunded, or optionally you will receive priority accommodation for the next available class. Listen for school cancellations or delays on WBAL 1090 AM. SubstitutionSubstitution of students is allowed at no charge.
