After attending Microsoft Dynamics™ GP (Great Plains) Accounts Payable Module Training, you will be able to:
- Identify the features and benefits available when using Payables Management.
- Discuss integration that takes place between Payables Management and other modules within Microsoft Dynamics™ GP.
- Customize settings for the Payables Management module.
- Enter and post transactions using the transaction level or batch posting method and input the different types of transactions in Payables Management.
- Set-up Intercompany relationships and enter their data.
- Place and remove holds on vendors and transactions.
- Void open and historical records.
- Edit posted transactions.
- Inquire and report on transactions.
- Complete the processes that are performed at the end of an accounting period, calendar or fiscal year.
- Use SmartLists to access valuable payables data.
